Sports and Hobbies

What do you do for fun?

I do lots of sports. Such as:

cross-country, basketball, ski team, softball, and track

We have a few things in common:

I don't play many team sports, only softball.

But... skiing is my LIFE. Pretty much- it's the only sport I can do really well and really like it. I hate that I live in such a warm place with no snow... Crying or Very sad

I like to swim, too- but not on a team, just on my own in my backyard or at the gym or something. I guess I get that from my mom.

I wish I could do track or cross country. I'm not a very fast runner, and I always fall over when I try to jump over stuff. Even though you'd think I'd be good at it, because my dad and mom are very good at that stuff.

I'm good at long distance running, not really at sprinting.

I'm on a ski race team but I think this will be my last year. I don't like skiing for competition, I like it for fun, plus it's costly and stressful.

same here- i like skiing freestyle
my own 10 year old sister beat me in a speed race for skiing- i got silver, she gold. how embarassing is that? i dont like to be showed up by her- even by a few seconds
I like to jog long distance sometimes, but i hate running- mostly because I don't know how to breathe right

yeah, I was the best in my class last year on my team, but that may be because I was the only on in that class...

ya, this year some of last years girls moved up so I have competition, I'll brobably be in 3rd place.

Ya, I don't like the south so much, If I could live anywhere I wanted it would be Washington, Montana, or Illinois.

I HATE Montana! The mountains look like they're covered in dirt!It should rain more often!It's too dry and nothing is green enough! I prefer Washington and wish I lived there!!!! Evil or Very Mad

^_^ anywayss... I like running,swimming(but only under water...i can only swim under water oddly enough) and like running sprints and distance

I might be moving to Illinois this summer- right now I live in Virginia... ughh

Yeah I can swim underwater really well, but above water it is harder, depending on the stroke. I like breaststroke and dogpaddle lol but i hate freestyle

I LOVE ILLINOIS!!! Well, not Chicago so much, but as you get further south it's REALLY pretty!

RoseRed, the mountains in Montana are only like that in parts, obviously you haven't been that far east. Missoula's actually really pretty (as much as I hate to admit it).
