Rules:
Whoever is the X gets to go first.Don't ask me why.Idk why.
Whoever starts a new game gets to be X.Idk why.
Whoever gets three in a row first wins.
Whenever a Cats-eye has been caused,the two playing the game must start over if they wish.
When a game has started,only the same 2 people can play the game.No one can take two turns.
